EH wagon Trip to Queensland

Travelling from Adelaide to Yandina Queensland and back via Sydney.

Tony Helen Carolyn and myself took a trip to Yandina to visit our friend Ian (Loon) who had migrated to Yandina and live in the Bush Paradice in the hills above the Sunshine Coast.

Stayed at Bateau Bay, a great park on the beach. Tripped into Gosford RSL for the evening meal, hit the one-armed bandits (Poker machines with a mechanical arm to set it in motion) after. Caroly Helen and me were playing a 0ne cent machine and scored a Jack Pot, woo hoo, Helen went off to play another machine commenting that the machine will not Jack Pot again that night. Well! A few pulls later and what do you know, TES another JackPot, woo hoo, again. A night, (event) to remember.

Heading into Gosford on the way to Sydney, the EH was showing its age, the engine breather was puffing snoke as if it were a steam engine! We had travelled quite a few miles in the few weeks of travel, a full service and wash was in order.
